Improper Jaw Growth

For some people, their jaw simply doesn’t grow properly, which can affect the relationship between the upper and lower jaw, causing problems when eating, speaking, and swallowing. Sometimes, this can even affect your breathing. Sometimes this is just because of your teeth becoming misaligned, which can be fixed with braces. But if the problem is too severe for braces, then we will have to surgically alter or move part or all of your jaw. In the end, this will make your mouth more comfortable and more functional, leading to a happier and healthier life for you.

TMJ

Problems in the joint of the ear where your skull and lower jaw meet (known as the Temporomandibular joint, or TMJ) can cause headaches and severe pain. While not all TMJ disorders require surgery, severe cases cannot be resolved except with specific and focused surgical procedures.

Loss of Teeth

If you have lost teeth, then we can use oral surgery to give you dental implants, a more comfortable, more natural, and more durable alternative to dentures. Dental implants need to be anchored into the jaw to keep the artificial tooth safe and stable.

Fitting or Refitting Dentures
