Quick answer
What is cosmetic dentistry?
Cosmetic dentistry improves the color, shape, size and alignment of your teeth. At Healthy Smiles California we combine porcelain veneers, bonding, professional whitening, clear aligners and crowns into a personalized smile makeover — often previewed digitally first — so you know what your new smile will look like before treatment begins.

The moment you see your new smile

Design the smile you have always wanted
Digital smile previews let you approve your veneers or bonding before treatment begins — no surprises on reveal day.
Which cosmetic treatment is right for me?
Surface stains often respond to whitening alone. Small chips and gaps are perfect for bonding. Deeper discoloration, worn edges or uneven shapes are best transformed with porcelain veneers. Crowding may call for clear aligners first. Most makeovers combine two or three of these.
Natural-looking, not fake
We match translucency, texture and shade to your skin tone and facial features so your result looks like your best natural smile — not a one-size-fits-all bright white.
How much does cosmetic dentistry cost?
Cost depends on the combination of treatments. Whitening and bonding are the most affordable starting points; porcelain veneers are priced per tooth. We provide a written plan with options at every budget, and financing is available.
Cosmetic Dentistry FAQs
What is a smile makeover?
A smile makeover is a custom plan that combines cosmetic treatments such as whitening, veneers, bonding and aligners to reach your goals.
Is cosmetic dentistry covered by insurance?
Purely cosmetic care usually is not, but treatment that also restores function, such as crowns, may be partially covered. We will check your benefits.
How long do cosmetic results last?
Whitening lasts months to years depending on habits; bonding several years; porcelain veneers often 10 – 15 years or more with care.
Can I see my results before treatment?
Yes. We create a digital smile design so you can preview the shape and shade of your new smile.
Does cosmetic dentistry damage teeth?
Whitening and bonding are conservative. Veneers require minimal enamel reshaping, which we keep as conservative as possible.
Which office offers cosmetic dentistry?
All four Healthy Smiles offices offer cosmetic consultations: Santa Clarita, Norwalk, El Monte and Long Beach.
